NO PROJECT  ALL LEVELS OF EXPERIENCE ARE WELCOME  No sewing in this class.

A Power Point presentation on hand piecing block patterns such as ‘Evening Star”, ‘Love Ring’, ‘Mariner’s Compass’, ‘Lone Star’ and more will be shared as well as many of Darlene’s hand pieced quilts such as the one on the cover of her book. Tips on tools and techniques will be shared.

SUPPLIES NEEDED:  NONE.

CLASS ROOM SET UP:  [Number of students 25 for stated fee + $10.00 for each additional person. No limit.]

Two 8’ tables and four extra chairs for the instructor. Theatre style seating is fine. Can the room be darkened for a Power Point presentation? Is there a large white wall? Will everyone hear well?

Darlene may offer a few items for sale during class such as books, patterns, pencils, sharpeners, pins and needles and thread packs when available and appropriate. No percentage of sales will be taken by the hiring party. Quilt shops are welcome to discuss consignment options.
